The Talent Campus Programme at KEYTER Group is an initiative aimed at undergraduate and master’s students who are looking to take their first steps into the professional world through a real, hands-on experience in the industrial sector.
Through extracurricular internships within our companies, you will become part of multidisciplinary teams and take part in real projects, applying the knowledge acquired during your academic training while developing new key competencies for your professional future.
This programme will not only allow you to apply what you have learned, but also offers the opportunity to integrate into the dynamics of an innovative team, learn from the experience of our professionals and showcase your talent in a real working environment.
Who is it for?
Aimed at final-year undergraduate students (3rd and 4th year) or master’s students, as well as anyone who can formalise an internship agreement through their university. We are looking for profiles in areas such as:
- Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Energy, Industrial, Design, Agricultural).
- Business Administration and Management.
- Translation and Interpreting.
- Human Resources and Labour Relations.
- Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry and Environmental Sciences.
- And other fields of study related to the needs of KEYTER Group companies.
What do we offer?
- A training pathway of up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months, so you can continue growing with us.
- A grant of €2,700 for 6 months, with an additional €450 for each extra month.
- Flexible working hours tailored to your studies and the department’s pace (25 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
- Learn by doing: apply what you have learned at university to real projects from day one.
- Teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment, alongside colleagues from different areas and group companies.
- Ongoing mentoring and continuous feedback from experienced professionals who will support your development.
- Multiple locations (Córdoba, Lucena, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville).
