What will your role be? You will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our presence in key international markets by managing and growing the customer portfolio, and providing technical-commercial support to drive projects and ensure customer satisfaction worldwide.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and develop the existing customer base and proactively prospect to acquire new customers (distributors, installers, engineering firms), maintaining continuous commercial activity.
- Follow up on projects and opportunities generated in the assigned area, from identification through closing and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct frequent visits and meetings with customers and strategic partners abroad.
- Oversee the order cycle from the assigned area, ensuring proper execution.

Education and experience
- University degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Chemical or Energy Engineering) or Higher Vocational Training in Electronics, Energy Efficiency, Cooling/Heating or similar.
- At least two years of previous experience in a similar role (Sales, Export Area Manager, International Key Account Manager).
- Language proficiency: Advanced English level. A second language will be highly valued.
- Technical knowledge in technical-commercial roles or project engineering will be valued.

- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities across the facilities.
