At KEYTER Group, we are an industrial group dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of solutions based on refrigeration technologies, industrial air conditioning (HVAC+R) and atmospheric water generation.

What is the recruitment process like at KEYTER Group?
Our recruitment process begins with the receipt of CVs through various channels, such as job portals, LinkedIn, careers fairs and educational institutions. After an initial screening, suitable profiles are registered in our internal database.
We then conduct an initial telephone interview to assess availability and experience, followed by an interview with HR to explore technical and personal competencies, as well as language skills. Finally, shortlisted candidates attend an interview with the relevant department manager to assess their suitability for the role.
What is the salary at KEYTER Group companies?
Salary is determined by the sector’s collective agreement, and also includes a variable component based on individual performance and overall results.
Does KEYTER Group offer internship or early career programmes?
Yes, we actively collaborate with vocational training centres, universities, master’s programmes and other institutions to offer internship opportunities. Many of these students continue their careers with us once their training period has ended, as we are committed to developing young talent and integrating it into the industrial environment.
