What does it involve?
The Talent Lab Programme at KEYTER Group is designed for vocational training students who wish to integrate into a real working environment while continuing their training.
Through Dual Vocational Training pathways or Work-Based Training placements, you will become part of working teams within our departments, carrying out specific tasks, learning from experienced professionals and building your technical profile through real hands-on experience.
This programme will allow you to acquire the key professional skills demanded by the industrial sector, working with current tools, processes and technologies, in an environment where your work has an impact from day one.
Who is it for?
For students enrolled in Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training programmes who are undertaking Dual Vocational Training or are about to complete their Work-Based Training, in areas such as:
- Electricity and electronics
- Refrigeration and air conditioning installations
- Industrial mechatronics
- Automation and robotics
- Mechanical manufacturing
- Technical design or drafting
- Information technology
- And other programmes related to the activities of KEYTER Group companies

Are you an undergraduate or master’s student looking for a place to complete your internship?
At KEYTER Group, we work closely with universities across Spain to offer undergraduate and master’s students the opportunity to complete their internships in an innovative, multidisciplinary and technology-driven environment. You will become part of real teams, apply your knowledge and develop your skills alongside industry professionals.
All you need to do is submit your application through the online form. You will take part in a selection process, we will review the academic requirements with your university and, if everything is in order, you will be awarded a training grant for an initial period of up to 6 months. It’s that simple!
